The Rroma Foundation is a registered foundation subject to Swiss law and subject to review by the Swiss Federal Authorities of its yearly budget and report of activities.
The Foundation's Executive Board decides on the various projects and allocation of funds, and is also in charge of the fund-raising and public relations
The Foundation's Advisory Board reviews submitted projects and activities and advices the executive board.
THe staff of the Rroma Foundation includes the Executive Director, in charge of day to day affairs as well as Program Officers in charge of specific projects and reporting. In addition, the Foundation has staff and collaborators in various countries.
